Return & Refund Policy

At Hobby Kicks AU, we pride ourselves on providing authentic, high-quality products and a trusted shopping experience. Our policies are designed to be clear, fair, and aligned with Australian Consumer Law.

Change of Mind & Incorrect Size

As per Australian Consumer Law, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect sizing

  • Ordering the wrong item

  • Personal preference after purchase

Please review all product details, sizing information, and photos carefully before completing your order. Many of our items are limited edition, rare, or one-of-one, and therefore cannot be exchanged once sold.

Faulty, Incorrect, or Not as Described

If you believe your item is:

  • Faulty,

  • Incorrect,

  • Damaged in transit, or

  • Not as described,

you must contact us within 10 days of receiving your order.

To lodge a claim, please email help@hobbykicksau.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos or video of the issue

  • A brief description of the concern

Our team will carefully review your case and provide a resolution in line with Australian Consumer Law. Depending on the situation, this may include a repair, replacement, or refund.

Authenticity Guarantee

Every item we sell is 100% authentic & verified.
If an authenticity concern is raised and proven by a recognised third-party authenticator, we will provide a full refund.

Condition Requirements for Approved Returns

For any return approved under Australian Consumer Law, items must be:

  • Unused and unworn

  • In original condition

  • With all original tags, accessories, and packaging intact

Returns that do not meet these requirements may be rejected.

Return Shipping

  • If your item is confirmed to be faulty or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping costs.

  • If the return does not relate to a fault, shipping costs remain the customer’s responsibility.

Non-Returnable Items

Unless faulty, the following cannot be returned:

  • Items that have been worn or used

  • Products with missing tags or removed packaging

  • Limited-edition collectibles that have been opened

  • Mystery boxes and blind-box items
